Vivi by user5395668

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier leads a spellslinger ping deck that wins by casting many cheap instants and sorceries. Each noncreature spell grows Vivi and pings each opponent for 1, and redundant pingers like Firebrand Archer, Guttersnipe, Coruscation Mage, and Fiery Inscription stack the same trigger. Veyran, Ghyrson Starn, and Fiery Emancipation multiply that damage, while cost reducers let you chain cantrips. Vivi also acts as a ritual, adding mana equal to its power once per turn to fund a storm turn. Secondary wins use Grapeshot with storm copies or Chandra's Ignition on a large Vivi. The deck controls the table with counters and removal until it can assemble 2-3 pingers and storm off.
