Deck overview

This competitive Simic deck is built around Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy, leveraging dense 0-1 CMC mana acceleration to power out Kinnan on Turn 2 and generate immense mana velocity. The primary game plan seeks an early infinite colorless mana loop on Turn 3 using Basalt Monolith, which Kinnan causes to tap for four colorless mana against a three-mana untap cost. This infinite mana immediately converts into a same-turn table win via Walking Ballista, Staff of Domination, or Treasure Vault into Kinnan spins. The list provides comprehensive stack interaction through premier free counterspells like Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, and Pact of Negation, alongside protective pieces like Spellskite and Samut, Tyrant of Naktamun. In slower games, Rhystic Study, The One Ring, Consecrated Sphinx, and Trinisphere create overwhelming card advantage and asymmetric resource disparity, easily pivoting into backup Hullbreaker Horror bounce loops.
