Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered Selesnya toolbox and stax strategy built around Brigid. The early game focuses on deploying 1-drop mana creatures and disruptive hatebears like Drannith Magistrate, Collector Ouphe, and Deafening Silence. These pieces slow opposing fast combo and artifact strategies while breaking parity in your favor. On Turn 2, you cast Brigid, Clachan's Heart to generate a creature token, then pay {G} on Turn 3 to transform her into Brigid, Doun's Mind. Brigid acts as a massive mana engine, tapping for mana equal to the number of other creatures you control. An extensive creature tutor suite finds protective silence pieces such as Grand Abolisher before assembling infinite mana loops using Emiel the Blessed and Hyrax Tower Scout. The deck then closes the game on Turn 4 with Walking Ballista or Finale of Devastation.
