Deck overview

Katara, Water Tribe's Hope is the finisher for a wide white-blue Merfolk and token build. The deck uses early Merfolk and token makers, then turns every permanent into a source of mana for Waterbend, making a huge attacking team. Secondary wins come from Halo Fountain and from a Hullbreaker Horror + Sol Ring mana loop that feeds the same Waterbend. The commander is not the engine; the deck can still win through the Fountain and unassisted Merfolk beats if she is answered. The Seriema serves as a repeatable legendary tutor rather than a hidden commander, and the transform legends (Dion, Sygg) are support pieces.
