Deck overview

A five-color council/voting value deck built around Ramos as a mana battery rather than an engine. The primary plan is to seize control of votes with extra-vote creatures (Brago's Representative, Ballot Broker, Tivit, The Valeyard) and Illusion of Choice, converting council spells into card draw, treasures, and extra turns. The commander then provides a second mode: five colored counters can be cashed for ten mana to power Door to Nothingness or follow-up spells. Selvala's Stampede and Expropriate are the main payoff spells, and a flying beatdown finish closes out games. The deck can operate without Ramos, casting many vote spells and winning through attrition, but it is significantly slower without his mana injection. There is no double-faced commander or hidden partner pair; Thrasios and Wernog are just value creatures. Ramos is the only commander.
