Commander: Toph, the First Metalbender

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Naya deck builds around Toph, the First Metalbender as both a mana engine and an army generator. The primary plan is to run out mana rocks and earthbend spells, turning lands and artifacts into large land creatures, then close with extra combat effects. Ashaya, Soul of the Wild + Bumi, Unleashed create an infinite-combat loop, but because the deck has no tutors it usually wins through a wide, pumped land-creature attack. The Legend of Kyoshi // Avatar Kyoshi acts as a hidden commander: the saga ramps/draws, then the Avatar face gives the land army trample, hexproof, and flexible mana. Commander dependency is moderate; backup earthbend creatures still work if Toph is removed.
