Snek by Thiqqmeister

Format: Commander

Commander: Xyris, the Writhing Storm

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This deck builds around Xyris, the Writhing Storm, leveraging symmetrical draw effects and wheels to generate a sudden avalanche of Snake tokens. Once the board is flooded, the deck wins either by triggering multiple enter-the-battlefield pingers (Purphoros, God of the Forge, Impact Tremors, Witty Roastmaster, Agate Instigator) or by attacking with a pumped, hasted army (Beastmaster Ascension, Roar of Resistance, Seshiro the Anointed). The commander is the central engine: without Xyris, the draw spells become mere charity. The deck has no tutors, so it relies on drawing into its key pieces, and the interaction suite is functional but thin, making it vulnerable to disruption while assembling its combo.
