Deck overview

This is a Mono-Black discard-control deck helmed by Tinybones, Bauble Burglar, built to strip every opponent's hand on a rolling basis and convert the fallout into drain damage, board presence, and stolen resources. The commander is simultaneously the deck's repeatable discard outlet (its {3}{B} sorcery activation) and its central value engine, letting the pilot play opponents' discarded cards from exile during their own turns. The primary path to victory is a grindy, multi-point drain: Megrim, Liliana's Caress, Shrieking Affliction, The Rack, Wheel of Torture, Davriel, Rogue Shadowmage, Bloodchief Ascension, and Court of Ambition all profit from the forced discards generated by Necrogen Mists, Bottomless Pit, Oppression, and Cunning Lethemancer. Backup beats come from The Haunt of Hightower, Rankle, Master of Pranks, and Aclazotz, Deepest Betrayal, with Tinybones, Trinket Thief's activated ability as a haymaker finisher. The 2.52 average mana value and 34-land base support a value-grinder game plan rather than a combo kill.
