Deck overview

This Temur Dragon deck uses Ureni of the Unwritten to cheat massive flying threats onto the battlefield. Supported by efficient green ramp and Dragon cost reducers, the deck accelerates into 7 mana by Turn 4. Deploying Ureni immediately triggers its top-eight ability to reveal and put high-impact Dragons like Atarka, World Render, Utvara Hellkite, Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm, or Scourge of Valkas into play. Haste enablers such as Temur Ascendancy, Rhythm of the Wild, and Dragon Tempest allow the deck to attack immediately, triggering Ureni a second time. This rapid accumulation of flying power presents a critical lethal threat on Turn 5 and closes the game on Turn 6. Backup lines include the infinite combat loop of Aggravated Assault and Savage Ventmaw, while card-draw engines tied to high-power creatures ensure consistent hand replenishment throughout the game.
