Deck overview

Kilo, Apogee Mind spearheads a fast-paced Jeskai infect and proliferate strategy that blends aggressive poison delivery with compact combo finishes. The deck establishes early poison counters on opponents through cheap infect and toxic creatures like Blighted Agent, Lost Leonin, and Plague Myr, or via unblockable spells like Prologue to Phyresis. Once poison is seeded, Kilo, Apogee Mind capitalizes on its built-in haste to immediately proliferate upon attacking or tapping through utility artifacts like Springleaf Drum and Relic of Legends. The deck can rapidly escalate poison totals to lethal thresholds using burst proliferate spells such as Radstorm and Expansion Algorithm, or achieve an instant table kill through infinite untap loops with Freed from the Real or Pemmin's Aura enchanting Kilo alongside mana generators. Supported by efficient countermagic and redundant evasive pump spells, the list transitions seamlessly between aggro and combo, maintaining high pressure from the early turns onward.
