Deck overview

This deck is an Azorius flying-tribal build helmed by Aang, Swift Savior, whose flash and airbend ability offer a small flexibility tool by exiling an attacker or a problematic spell at instant speed. The primary game plan is to establish a board of evasive flyers, pump them with a suite of lords and anthems (Empyrean Eagle, Favorable Winds, Steel-Plume Marshal, Gravitational Shift), and win through combat damage. Card draw comes almost exclusively from combat-triggered sources (Bident of Thassa, Windreader Sphinx, Tide Skimmer) and a few one-shot spells (Sphinx's Revelation, Winged Words). There are no infinite combos - the deck wins by overwhelming the table with an unblockable aerial army, with Sephara, Sky's Blade providing a powerful board-wide indestructible cloak and Storm Herd serving as a late-game token finisher. The commander is simply a piece of the puzzle rather than a central engine.
