Deck overview

This deck is a Naya midrange stompy list helmed by Toph, the First Metalbender, focusing on turning lands into resilient, scaling attackers through the Earthbend mechanic and +1/+1 counter synergies. The early game establishes reliable land drops and mana ramp through cards like Cultivate, Explore, and Arcane Signet. Toph enters on Turn 4, immediately generating hasty land creatures that return tapped if destroyed or exiled. In the mid-to-late game, the deck transitions into a threatening board presence using mass counter engines and combat multipliers, notably Bumi, Unleashed, Toph, Greatest Earthbender, and Leatherhead, Iron Gator. While resilient against traditional creature sweepers thanks to Earthbend's return clause and one-sided wipes like Planar Outburst, the deck operates at fair combat speed, lacking combo finishes, stack interaction, or recurring card draw.
