Deck overview

This deck is a mono-black aristocrats and reanimation strategy commanded by Borg Queen, Perfection Manifest. It pairs classic sacrifice engines, death triggers, and mono-black mana doublers with graveyard assimilation and artifact synergy. The deck operates by developing cheap sacrifice outlets and card draw engines in the opening turns, quickly ramping into heavy mana generators like Cabal Coffers, Crypt Ghast, and Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx. From there, it establishes asymmetric creature control through Grave Pact, Dictate of Erebos, and Archfiend of Depravity. Casting the commander assimilates the strongest creature in an opponent's graveyard, turning it into a buffed artifact threat. The game is closed through explosive life drains using Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Syr Konrad, the Grim, Exsanguinate, and Saw in Half copy lines, or through sweeping combat damage backed by Cryptothrall and Krang, Utrom Warlord.
