Deck overview

This deck is a focused Boros artifact aristocrats and noncombat burn strategy led by Ragost, Deft Gastronaut. The primary game plan converts artifacts into Food tokens, turning them into direct damage while draining the entire table simultaneously. Acceleration from low-cost mana rocks, Treasures, and cost reducers enables the deck to assemble its commander alongside token engines like Academy Manufactor and Nuka-Cola Vending Machine by Turn 4. By Turn 5, damage doublers such as Solphim, Mayhem Dominus or untap engines like Clock of Omens turn single activations into overwhelming table-wide burn, closing the game around Turn 7. Efficient single-target removal and redirection spells protect key turns, while dense graveyard recursion through Osgir, the Reconstructor and Scrap Trawler provides resilience against board wipes. The list applies continuous noncombat pressure that bypasses traditional combat stalls.
