Deck overview

This mono-green kindred deck is helmed by Ayula, Queen Among Bears, focusing on developing early Bear creatures to establish board dominance through Ayula's versatile enters-the-battlefield triggers. Casting cheap Bears allows Ayula to either rapidly grow creatures with +1/+1 counters or fight opposing creatures, providing natural creature control against commander-centric strategies. Once a wide board of Bears is assembled by turns 4 to 5, the deck transitions toward closing out the game using mass overrun effects such as Overrun, Overwhelming Stampede, Unnatural Growth, and Banner of Kinship. The deck features reliable land drops and efficient 2-drop ramp to keep pace with the table. However, it completely lacks creature tutors, making it heavily reliant on natural draws to locate essential card draw engines and team-wide trample enablers. Vulnerable to mass board wipes, the deck utilizes localized protection spells like Heroic Intervention to safeguard its aggressive board state.
