Deck overview

The deck uses Sliver Overlord as a repeatable but expensive tutor. Its main plan is to establish Manaweft Sliver, then find a sequence of Slivers that supplies haste, flying, double strike, and power. Cloudshredder Sliver, Bonescythe Sliver, and Might Sliver form the central combat package, while Crystalline Sliver, Clot Sliver, Sedge Sliver, and Sliver Hivelord improve survival. The plan is powerful once assembled, but the route is slow: many lands enter tapped, early ramp is limited, and each missing Sliver costs another {3} activation. The first decisive attack is around turn 12, with table completion around turn 14 if the board remains intact. The deck has useful removal and some protection, but neither is consistently available while also developing the commander engine. Its main weaknesses are early tempo, dependence on the commander, vulnerability to exile and sweepers, and the lack of a compact infinite or alternate win condition.
