Mk 10 Azlask by Zorcerg

Format: Commander

Commander: Azlask, the Swelling Scourge

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a five-color experience-counter midrange deck helmed by Azlask, the Swelling Scourge. The plan is to flood the board with Eldrazi Spawns, Scions, and other small bodies, stockpile experience counters from Azlask and a deep suite of secondary experience engines (Ezuri, Claw of Progress, Meren of Clan Nel Toth, Minthara, Merciless Soul, Otharri, Suns' Glory, Daxos the Returned, Kelsien, the Plague), then convert that stockpile into a lethal combat swing. Proliferate effects, +1/+1-counter synergies, and token doublers/amplifiers (Mirror Entity, Hazel of the Rootbloom, Springleaf Parade) provide the growth engine. There are no infinite combo lines; the deck wins through overwhelming combat, often capped by Azlask's WUBRG anthem that also grants Spawns/Scions indestructible and annihilator 1. Secondary pressure comes from infect/toxic pieces and planeswalker ultimates.
