Commander: Dina, Essence Brewer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Dina, Essence Brewer deck is a Golgari sacrifice-and-lifegain engine that grinds value through creature death triggers and incremental life swings. The primary win condition is the infinite combo between Sanguine Bond (or Enduring Tenacity/South Wind Avatar) and Exquisite Blood: any life gain drains opponents in an unstoppable loop. Dina herself provides a repeatable draw engine on sacrifice and can pump creatures, while the 99 is packed with symmetrical lifegain triggers, sacrifice outlets, and recursion to keep the loop going. A secondary beatdown plan exists via oversized threats like Ghalta, Primal Hunger and Yargle and Multani, but the deck's identity is built around assembling the combo as fast as possible through its two premium tutors.
