Deck overview

This mono-black Commander deck is led by Ghoulcaller Gisa and executes an aggressive aristocrats and swarm strategy centered on Zombie typal synergies. The game plan focuses on establishing early sacrifice fodder and utility creatures such as Cryptbreaker, Gravecrawler, and Undead Augur before resolving Gisa. Once active, Gisa sacrifices high-power creatures or lord-buffed Zombies to multiply token counts exponentially each turn. The resulting horde overwhelms opponents through wide combat attacks enhanced by evasion lords like Lord of the Accursed and Death Baron, or drains life totals via Ayara, First of Locthwain, Bastion of Remembrance, and Vengeful Dead. Asymmetric creature control from Noxious Ghoul and mass reanimation through Living Death provide board dominance and fast recovery against standard removal.
