This deck leverages Nephilim Epochal in the command zone as a direct tutor for Ink-Treader Nephilim. By casting 2-CMC mana ramp on Turn 2, the commander arrives on Turn 3 to put Ink-Treader into hand. On Turn 4, Ink-Treader enters the battlefield alongside open mana for 1-CMC targeting cantrips like Cerulean Wisps, Crimson Wisps, and Shadow Rift. Ink-Treader copies these spells for every creature on board, drawing massive bursts of cards for a single mana.
