Deck overview

This deck is an Azorius artifact synergy engine led by Mendicant Core, Guidelight. It leverages low-cost artifact permanents, cost reducers, and token generators to build an overwhelming board presence. Early turns focus on accelerating mana with rocks like Sol Ring and Mox Opal, deploying evasive utility creatures, and advancing speed counters. By Turn 4, the deck establishes an active token engine using Sai, Master Thopterist, Simulacrum Synthesizer, or Forensic Gadgeteer. On Turn 5, it transitions into lethal combat pressure via Cyberdrive Awakener, Illustrious Wanderglyph, or massive Construct tokens. While the deck lacks infinite combos, it features high card velocity through Skullclamp, Thought Monitor, and combat damage triggers. Interaction includes efficient spot exile like Dispatch, targeted countermagic, and asymmetric resets like Desynchronization and Organic Extinction. It effectively overruns the table in two combat rotations following critical onset.
