Format: Commander

Commander: Jace, Multiverse Architect

Bracket: 3

DeckCheck Threat Index: 39

Deck overview

This deck is a 5-color control and combo-adjacent strategy led by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The primary game plan utilizes cheap token generators to create non-card creature fodder, which Jace's −3 loyalty ability turns into massive, game-ending threats straight from the library. The 99 features an elite roster of high-cost creatures including Archon of Cruelty, Archfiend of Despair, and Serra's Emissary, ensuring that any polymorph trigger dramatically shifts the board in your favor. Supported by 13 low-cost mana rocks, the deck consistently casts its five-color commander on Turn 4. A comprehensive interaction suite of spot exile, sweepers, and protective instants ensures the deck can survive aggressive starts from opponents while steadily assembling an overwhelming, evasive aerial army to eliminate the table by Turn 7.
