Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Izzet spellslinger storm deck commanded by Vivi Ornitier. The primary game plan revolves around exploiting Vivi's dual abilities: gaining +1/+1 counters while pinging each opponent whenever a noncreature spell is cast, and generating large bursts of colored mana equal to its power. By attaching damage-triggered draw effects like Curiosity or Tandem Lookout to Vivi, every cheap cantrip draws three cards while growing Vivi's power and draining opponents. Once ignited on Turn 4, the deck chains through rituals, cantrips, and graveyard recursion spells like Underworld Breach to deal 40+ damage across the table in a single uninterrupted turn. A backup infinite combo featuring Niv-Mizzet, Parun and Curiosity ensures the deck can close games even if the commander is removed.
