Deck overview

This is an Azorius Humans/tokens deck helmed by Bard, King of Dale, whose two abilities - doubling every draw past the first each turn and doubling every token created - form the entire engine. The deck leans heavily on the *recruit* mechanic (draw a card, discard a card, and if the discarded card was nonland, create a 1/1 white Human Soldier token), which Bard turns into two tokens and two cards per trigger. The plan is to land Bard, chain recruit triggers across a dense Human creature suite, and bury opponents under a wide, anthem-buffed board. Secondary lines include The Lord of the Eagles as a cheap flying finisher and The Eagles Are Coming! to convert a board into 4/4 Birds. There are no infinite combos; victory comes from overwhelming combat inevitability backed by a solid interaction suite.
