Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive mono-blue mill strategy built around The Mindskinner. The commander turns all combat and non-combat damage into symmetric mill, preventing life total loss and instead stripping cards directly from each opponent's library. Because the commander possesses ten power and innate unblockability, each swing automatically mills ten cards from all three opponents simultaneously. The 99 supports this core mechanic through high-impact percentage mill spells like Maddening Cacophony, Traumatize, and Cut Your Losses, alongside passive attrition engines such as Court of Cunning and Mesmeric Orb. Graveyard thresholds quickly unlock hyper-efficient card draw spells like Visions of Beyond and Into the Story to maintain hand advantage. Creature recursion is suppressed by Undead Alchemist, which exiles milled creatures and generates a swarm of Zombie tokens. While exceptionally fast at emptying libraries, the deck remains vulnerable to board wipes and targeted removal due to the commander's fragile single point of toughness.
