Deck overview

Lightning, Army of One is a Boros equipment-voltron deck built around its Stagger trigger: every combat hit doubles subsequent damage to that player until your next turn. The primary plan is to suit Lightning with Sword of Feast and Famine or The Reaver Cleaver, trigger Stagger, then add extra combat phases so the damage multiplier compounds into commander-lethal hits against all opponents. Secondary paths use Godo plus Helm of the Host for an independent infinite-combat loop, or Chandra's Ignition after a Stagger trigger to spread lethal damage. There is no true hidden commander; support legends such as Kediss, Ardenn, and Reyav amplify the plan but are not alternate commanders.
