Winota by FaelC

Format: Commander

Commander: Winota, Joiner of Forces

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Boros go-wide aggro built around a one-card engine in the command zone. Winota, Joiner of Forces converts every non-Human attacker into a six-card dig that puts a free Human onto the battlefield, tapped and attacking and indestructible. The deck blanks the normal mana curve: small enablers like Ornithopter, Signal Pest, Gingerbrute, and token engines like Goblin Rabblemaster, Legion Warboss, Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin, and Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon are the fuel, while the flipped Humans are anthems and combat-enders (Benalish Marshal, Coppercoat Vanguard, Theoden, King of Rohan, Odric, Master Tactician). Wins come from overwhelming combat: Angrath's Marauders doubles all damage, and Duke Ulder Ravengard plus Elturel Survivors spread myriad copies across all three opponents. There are no infinite combos - this deck out-tempos the table by cheating Humans into play and protecting the swarm through wipes.
