Deck overview

A five-color Mutant/Ninja/Turtle counter-token deck built around April O'Neil, Live on the Scene and Leonardo, the Balance. April turns every relevant creature that enters into a Clue, while Leonardo converts the first token to enter each turn into +1/+1 counters across the whole army. The deck aims to establish the command pair early, generate token waves, and finish through Endless Foot Assault plus Raphael reducing the same wave to all opponents. Counters matter in the 99; there is no hidden commander or double-faced commander.
