Deck overview

This deck is an Azorius artifact and Vehicle midrange engine commanded by Shorikai, Genesis Engine. The primary plan develops on-curve mana to deploy Shorikai by Turn 4, using its activated ability to generate card advantage and 1/1 Pilot tokens. These Pilot tokens bypass steep crew costs on massive combat Vehicles, including Parhelion II, Reaver Titan, and Thundersteel Colossus. The deck breaks parity on creature board wipes like Supreme Verdict and Vanquish the Horde, wiping opposing creatures while Vehicles remain safe noncreature artifacts. As an alternate win condition, the list runs the infinite combo of Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal. With nonland mana sources generating at least three mana, this combo draws the entire library through Shorikai and wins via Laboratory Maniac. Strong recursion spells like Dance of the Manse and Redress Fate provide high resilience against board disruption.
