Commander: Captain America, First Avenger

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Captain America, First Avenger leads an aggressive Jeskai Equipment deck focused on cheating massive equip costs and dealing lethal combat damage. His Catch ability equips powerhouse weapons like Colossus Hammer and Excalibur, Sword of Eden for free at the start of combat, rapidly turning him into an overwhelming threat. Meanwhile, his Throw ability un-attaches high-cost Equipment to deliver versatile spot removal or direct burn to clear blockers. Backed by draw engines like Puresteel Paladin, damage multipliers like Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar, and robust instant-speed protection, the deck swiftly eliminates opponents across sequential combat steps and extra attack phases.
