Commander: Joven and Chandler

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Joven and Chandler is a mono-red aggro-combo deck that opens with hasty one-drops and converts early combat into Treasures and cards. Its primary plan is to equip Joven with The Reaver Cleaver and loop Aggravated Assault for infinite combat steps; his backup counters make him a 6/6 trampler, so each hit produces six Treasures and the loop pays for itself. A secondary line is Dualcaster Mage plus Molten Duplication, creating an arbitrary number of hasty tokens. The commander doubles as a repeatable artifact-destruction engine, and Liquimetal effects or Mycosynth Lattice let him destroy any permanent type. The hidden commander is Birgi, God of Storytelling // Harnfel, Horn of Bounty, providing mana and impulse draw.
