Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered competitive Commander turbo storm strategy built around Nissa, Leyline Tamer. By intentionally running Hoarding Broodlord as the only creature in the entire 99, any landfall trigger from Nissa deterministically deploys Broodlord straight onto the battlefield. From there, Broodlord convokes Saw in Half, creating two token copies that search for Burnt Offering and Underworld Breach (or Peer into the Abyss). This quickly produces overwhelming mana and recursion. Alternatively, the deck can bypass the commander entirely, accelerating directly into an Underworld Breach, Brain Freeze, and Lion's Eye Diamond storm line on Turn 2 or 3. Backed by premier fast mana, universal low-cost tutors, free interaction, and silencing protection spells like Silence and Orim's Chant, the deck routinely threatens same-turn table eliminations before opposing strategies can establish their board states.
