LICIA DESAGÜE by francisk0tcg

Format: Commander

Commander: Licia, Sanguine Tribune

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Mardu life-gain/life-pay "drain" deck helmed by Licia, Sanguine Tribune. The core plan is to gain life in bulk through lifelink vampires and ETB triggers, then convert that life into three resources: table-wide drain (Sanguine Bond, Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, Enduring Tenacity), card draw (Well of Lost Dreams, Greed, Erebos, God of the Dead, Unholy Annex), and recursion (Phyrexian Reclamation, Whip of Erebos, Rodolf Duskbringer). The deck finishes with big X-spells (Exsanguinate, Debt to the Deathless), a Felidar Sovereign life-total win, or a critical-mass drain turn. Licia herself is a discounted lifelink beater that grows with +1/+1 counters and can be cast cheaply after any life gain, but she is a payoff rather than the engine - the plan lives almost entirely in the 99.
