Deck overview

This deck utilizes Jace, Multiverse Architect as a reliable four-color Polymorph engine from the command zone. The deck curves low-cost mana rocks and token generators into a Turn 4 Jace deployment. Upon entering, Jace immediately uses his -3 loyalty ability to exile a token and spin into a massive creature or planeswalker payoff, such as Archon of Cruelty, Serra's Emissary, Archfiend of Despair, or Darksteel Angel. Supporting proliferate engines and planeswalker enhancers like Oath of Teferi, Deepglow Skate, and Ichormoon Gauntlet allow Jace to activate repeatedly while building loyalty. The deck closes games through overwhelming aerial combat and asymmetric drain across three combat cycles, backed by mass sweepers and defensive combat taxes.
