Deck overview

This mono-red Dragon tribal deck focuses on ramping into Lathliss, Dragon Queen and overwhelming opponents with large flying threats. The deck utilizes a dense package of 2-3 CMC mana rocks and tribal cost reducers like Dragonspeaker Shaman and Dragonlord's Servant to accelerate into high-impact Dragons ahead of curve. Once Lathliss enters, every subsequent nontoken Dragon generates a 5/5 Dragon token, rapidly doubling the board's offensive power. ETB burn effects from cards like Scourge of Valkas, Dragon Tempest, and Warstorm Surge convert creature deployment into direct damage. Combat multipliers like Utvara Hellkite and Terror of Mount Velus accelerate the lethal clock. The deck is vulnerable to creature sweepers and lacks stack interaction, but it possesses strong threat redundancy that allows it to maintain pressure even without its commander.
