Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Jeskai Human tribal combat strategy commanded by Éowyn, Shieldmaiden. Its primary game plan revolves around deploying cheap, synergistic Human creatures to trigger Éowyn's combat ability immediately upon her arrival on turn 4. This trigger floods the battlefield with 2/2 Human Knight tokens equipped with trample and haste while generating steady card advantage once a critical mass of six Humans is reached. The deck converts wide token boards into decisive combat victories using powerful damage multipliers and evasion enablers like Shared Animosity, Cathars' Crusade, Greymond, Avacyn's Stalwart, and Akroma's Will. Robust defensive options, including Teferi's Protection, Clever Concealment, and Boromir, Warden of the Tower, shield the creature swarm against board wipes. Targeted interaction, asymmetric bounce via Raise the Palisade, and proactive silencers like Myrel, Shield of Argive ensure that opposing disruption cannot derail the aggressive clock, allowing the deck to eliminate all three opponents reliably by turn 7.
