Deck overview

This deck is a 5-color Assassin typal combat deck commanded by Ezio Auditore da Firenze. The primary strategy focuses on early aggressive deployments, using Ezio's cheap casting cost and menace ability to connect with opponents on turn 3. Successful combat damage unlocks the freerunning mechanic, allowing high-cost legendary Assassins to enter play for just {B}{B}. Card advantage is maintained through combat damage triggers like Ezio, Blade of Vengeance and Coastal Piracy. The deck scales into the mid-game by suiting up attackers with potent Equipment such as Excalibur, Sword of Eden and granting global combat enhancements via Bayek of Siwa and Arno Dorian. Ezio also provides an alternate execution condition, eliminating any player at 10 or less life for {W}{U}{B}{R}{G}. The interaction suite features versatile spot removal and asymmetric bounce, while defensive equipment shields key creatures from opposing targeted answers.
