Deck overview

Smeagol, Helpful Guide turns creature death and Ring temptations into a land-thieving mill engine. The primary plan is to profit from the Ring: sacrifice creatures, repeatedly tempt, steal lands from opponents' libraries, and convert those extra lands into landfall value from Rampaging Baloths, Scute Swarm, and Ob Nixilis, the Fallen. Secondary paths include mass graveyard theft via Breach the Multiverse and Rise of the Dark Realms, life-drain through Exsanguinate, and a growing Wraith/Nazgul beatdown package. Smeagol is the mill/ramp engine, but no hidden commander exists; the deck is a value midrange list that wins through landfall armies and reanimated opposing creatures.
