Deck overview

This deck is a Simic Landfall engine commanded by Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait. It leverages cheap ramp spells like Exploration, Three Visits, and Farseek on early turns to deploy Aesi ahead of curve on Turn 4. Once Aesi is online, the deck generates high card velocity by converting every additional land play into card draw. On Turn 5, it transitions into threat deployment by resolving massive landfall payoffs such as Avenger of Zendikar, Scute Swarm, and Greensleeves, Maro-Sorcerer. These creatures flood the board with tokens that quickly grow into lethal threats through repeated land drops and fetchlands.
