Deck overview

Magus Lucea Kane is the deck's central mana and copying engine. The intended sequence is to ramp, cast Magus Lucea Kane, then use its {T} ability to add {C}{C} before casting a large X spell. Exocrine, Hydroid Krasis, Genesis Hydra, Goldvein Hydra, and Sporocyst turn that copy into extra bodies, damage, lands, or cards. Unbound Flourishing and Twinning Staff provide additional copying, while Hardened Scales, Branching Evolution, and Kami of Whispered Hopes strengthen the counter theme. The deck has good mana development and flexible spot interaction, but its commander, payoff, haste, and protection are not reliably found together. Its first substantial copied threat is usually around turn 6. That threat creates a strong board, not a deterministic table kill, so the deck wins by accumulating large creatures and value rather than by a compact combo.
