Deck overview

High Perfect Morcant is an Elf-tribal commander whose entry blights each opponent, and whose proliferate ability turns -1/-1 counters into a persistent board-control tool. The deck builds a wide Elf army with token makers and mana dorks, then wins through combat or an infinite loop. It contains two main combo families: an infinite-mana dork loop (Marwyn plus Umbral Mantle or Staff of Domination) and a -1/-1 counter loop (Blowfly Infestation, Flourishing Defenses, Hapatra, Nest of Scarabs). Tutors and mass recursion keep the plan coherent. The commander acts as a value engine, not a required piece, and the deck has no hidden second commander.
