Deck overview

This is a low-curve Azorius Voltron tempo deck helmed by Lyse Hext. The plan is to deploy Lyse early, then chain cheap noncreature spells-cantrips, protection, and Auras-to trigger prowess, enable her double strike, and shrink their costs via her static reduction. Evasion Auras and boots push commander damage through, while draw engines like Sram, Senior Edificer, Archmage Emeritus, and Mystic Remora refill the hand. Secondary threats include Invisible Stalker as a hexproof Voltron backup, Light-Paws, Emperor's Voice as an Aura tutor engine, and Monastery Mentor for go-wide prowess tokens. There are no infinite combos; the deck wins through efficient combat, primarily 21 commander damage, supported by a dense suite of one-mana interaction and protection. The 1.82 average mana value keeps the tank full of spells every turn.
