THE ULTIMATE by cbrand6

Format: Commander

Commander: Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This Orzhov aristocrats deck aims to drown opponents in incremental life drain by repeatedly sacrificing and looping creatures. Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim doubles as a death trigger and a payoff, while a broad token engine (Secure the Wastes, March of the Canonized, Oketra's Monument) provides sacrifice fodder. The deck packs numerous drain companions like Blood Artist and Corpse Knight, pair them with recursion engines such as Luminous Broodmoth and Carmen to keep the value train rolling. A hidden commander in Teysa Karlov amplifies all death/enter triggers, turning individual triggers into double the pain. The build can pivot to combat with anthem effects, but the goldfish win is almost always via attritional life total depletion rather than a single combo turn.
