Deck overview

This is a Simic sea-monster tribal deck helmed by Kiora, Sovereign of the Deep, built around one simple loop: ramp hard, cast enormous Krakens, Leviathans, Octopuses, and Serpents, and let Kiora's cast trigger chain free spells off the top of the library. The deck runs 29 sea monsters ranging from 6/6 to 12/12, with token engines like Spawning Kraken and both Koma, Cosmos Serpent and Koma, World-Eater turning combat damage into an ever-growing board. The primary win is overwhelming combat damage, backed by a secondary infinite-mana loop through Hullbreaker Horror plus the mana rocks, and a Tooth and Nail entwine tutor line. Kenessos, Priest of Thassa acts as a hidden commander, cheating sea monsters directly onto the battlefield. The deck is a classic big-mana value engine that wins by sheer size and card advantage rather than speed.
