New Untitled Deck by Lucadelmi

Format: Commander

Commander: Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a mono-black life-drain strategy helmed by Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose. The core plan is to gain life repeatedly and convert that life gain into direct damage to opponents via Vito's static ability and similar effects like Sanguine Bond and Enduring Tenacity. The deck is packed with vampires that naturally have lifelink, as well as spells and permanents that drain the table (Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Epicure of Blood, Blood Artist). The primary win condition is an infinite combo between Bloodthirsty Conqueror and either Vito, Sanguine Bond, or Enduring Tenacity - any life-gain trigger starts a loop that wins on the spot. Backup wins come from large X-spells like Exsanguinate and Consume Spirit, incremental drain, and the commander's own activated lifelink ability. The deck relies on solid card draw (Phyrexian Arena, Twilight Prophet) and recursive engines (Veinwitch Coven, Moseo, Vein's New Dean) to grind out value, but it lacks dedicated tutors, which limits how consistently it can assemble its combo.
