Deck overview

This is a Jeskai Equipment Voltron deck helmed by Captain America, First Avenger. The plan is straightforward: ramp into Cap, flood the board with high-impact Equipment, and leverage his Catch trigger to auto-attach a piece every combat while his Throw ability converts unattached gear into flexible burn. Dense equip-cost reducers and attach enablers (Puresteel Paladin, Sigarda's Aid, Ardenn, Intrepid Archaeologist, Hammer of Nazahn, Forge Anew) keep the suite online, and double-strike payoffs (Reyav, Master Smith, Halvar, God of Battle, Boros Charm) turn modest power into commander-damage kills. Secondary pressure comes from token copies via Helm of the Host, table-wide ping from Mjolnir, Storm Hammer, and treasure engines like The Reaver Cleaver. There are no infinite combo lines; the deck wins through combat inevitability, Throw burn, and a thick protection suite that keeps Cap alive through the midgame.
