Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Mardu Aristocrats and Reanimator engine helmed by Celes, Rune Knight. The primary strategy focuses on stocking the graveyard rapidly with efficient discard and burial spells such as Entomb, Buried Alive, and Celes's own hand-cycling enter-the-battlefield trigger. Once major threats are in the graveyard, low-cost reanimation spells bring forth engine dominators like Razaketh, the Foulblooded or Archon of Cruelty. Razaketh converts sacrificial board presence into tutors for a lethal infinite loop featuring Karmic Guide, Reveillark, and a sacrifice outlet with Blood Artist or Goblin Bombardment. Even without combo finishes, recurring sacrifice engines and attrition pieces steadily grind down opponent resources through persistent edicts and drain triggers.
