This is a Gruul "enchantress-aggro" deck helmed by Bello, Bard of the Brambles, whose ability animates every non-Equipment artifact and non-Aura enchantment with mana value 4+ into a 4/4 indestructible haste creature that draws a card on combat damage. The deck runs 23 such permanents - Gratuitous Violence, Berserkers' Onslaught, Unnatural Growth, Warstorm Surge, Sunbird's Invocation, Primeval Bounty, and more - each carrying a powerful static or triggered ability that compounds once animated. The primary win condition is overwhelming combat damage: Bello's animated beaters swing with double strike, doubled damage, and unblockable (via Bedlam) or trample (via Garruk's Uprising).
