Deck overview

This Teysa Karlov deck is an Aristocrats combo-control build designed to grind immense card advantage and life drain before closing the game with infinite sacrifice loops. The deck uses low-cost creature fodder, sacrifice outlets, and death-trigger payoffs. Teysa Karlov acts as an engine amplifier, doubling every dying trigger from drainers like Blood Artist and Zulaport Cutthroat, card drawers like Grim Haruspex, and treasure generators like Pitiless Plunderer. The deck assembles a working engine by Turn 4 and threatens a game-ending infinite combo on Turn 5 using Vizier of Remedies with persist creatures like Putrid Goblin, or Phyrexian Altar with Gravecrawler. Mass recursion spells such as Raise the Past, Victimize, and Lively Dirge provide exceptional recovery against board wipes. While vulnerable to instant-speed graveyard exile and creature removal during combo attempts, the deck's high functional redundancy and non-reliance on its commander make it extremely resilient and lethal.
