Deck overview

Toughness-matters Abzan deck built around Doran, Besieged by Time. The primary plan is to put a toughness-damage enabler into play-Doran, Bedrock Tortoise, or Assault Formation-then flood the board with high-toughness Treefolk, Turtles, and Walls. The commander reduces creature costs and pumps attackers by the difference between power and toughness, making every wall a threat. Secondary paths include Tree of Perdition + Triskaidekaphobia to drain opponents over consecutive upkeeps, and a Last March of the Ents + Crashing Drawbridge alpha strike. Doran, the Siege Tower is the hidden commander, duplicating the key effect. The deck is mid-speed, board-centric, and can rebuild via Colfenor's Urn and Reunion of the House.
